Who We Are
Jill Hudson
Executive Director
Jill is a 2005 graduate of Baylor's Truett Seminary and also holds a Master of Science in Education and Educational Psychology from Baylor University. She is married to Brandon and is the mother to two children. Their family of four plus two dogs resides in Abilene, Texas. Jill began her new position as coordinator on April 3, 2023.
She was ordained by Crosscreek Baptist Church in Alabama and has served churches since 1998 across four states (TX, MT, NC, and AL) in paid and volunteer capacities as minster to children, youth, college students, graduate students, families, and music as well as serving as consultant, counselor and preacher.
Jill writes, "I am thrilled to join with TXBWIM as we work together to affirm, advocate for and celebrate Baptist women in ministry across the sate of Texas. As a native of this state and a Baptist from birth, I am inspired by the work that TXBWIM is already doing and am looking forward to connecting with the women and men of TXBWIM as we move into the future together."

Kan'Dace Brock
Board Member
Dr. Kan’Dace Len Brock, or “Dr. K” as she is affectionately called, is a wife to Dr. Fredricc Gerard Brock, mother to Zoë and Chloë, pastor, licensed master social worker (LMSW), scholar, author, and CEO. A native of San Antonio, Dr. K serves as Lead Pastor and Co-Founder of The Message Church and Co-Founder of FGB Ministries, LLC, a preaching, teaching, and consulting ministry. In addition to serving The Message Church, Dr. K serves as the Associate Vice President of Student & Community Engagement for Jesse C. Fletcher Seminary.
Judy Phariss Collins

Judy is a Retired Director of Chaplaincy. She attends The Crossing Church in Mesquite.
Cintia Aguilar
Board Member
Rev. Cintia Aguilar is the Immigration Ministry Manager with Fellowship Southwest, an ecumenical religious non-profit that helps churches and Christians practice compassion, pursue justice and build connections with brothers and sisters doing the same . She is originally from Nicaragua, a Pastor’s daughter and the youngest of three. She has served the church alongside her family since very young and says that “ministry is in her blood”. She calls Waco, TX home and lives there with her husband and two daughters.
Cintia graduated from Baylor University’s Truett Seminary and Baylor University’s Diana Garland School of Social Work with a dual degree in Divinity and Social Work.
Her passions and ministry are focused on the intersection of faith and practice, uniting both her Social Work and Ministry degrees. She strives to inspire, empower and strengthen others through her work and personal life.
Aisha Davis
Board Member
Rev. Aisha M. Davis is first and foremost a disciple of Jesus Christ. She is an author, emerging Black scholar, phenomenal expository preacher and teacher. She is the Founder of Christ on Purpose and Unity Research Group, LLC which serves persons across the U.S. Rev. Davis currently serves as the Minister of Spiritual Formation and Assimilation at The Luke Church in Humble, TX. Rev. Davis graduated with a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary (Texas), and received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Dillard University (New Orleans.) She is currently undergoing doctoral studies in global leadership and transformational development at Fuller Theological Seminary. Rev. Davis enjoys preaching, teaching, spiritual formation, spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
Anita Greene

Anita serves as the Executive Pastor of Fellowship Church of Texas.
Judy Jarratt
Board Member
Judy is the Executive Director and Dean of the Lubbock Campus of Wayland Baptist University. Judy most recently served as the Senior Director for the Campus Alliance for Telehealth Resources (CATR) - Supported by TCHATT program of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, in the Department of Psychiatry in Lubbock. From 2004 to 2018, Dr. Jarratt served on the Lubbock campus of Wayland Baptist University as a Professor of Education and Professor of Counseling. Dr. Jarratt holds an Ed. D. in Educational Administration from Texas Tech University, along with a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Houston. Dr. Jarratt is eager to identify opportunities, guide change and strengthen the impact of Wayland Baptist University in the Lubbock and surrounding areas.

Cheryl serves as the Senior Pastor of The Church at Highland Park in Austin.
Norvi Maribel Mayfield
Board Member
Norvi is the Missionary in Residence and youth minister at Gonzales Baptist Church, the church that also licensed her as a minister. Norvi was born in the jungle of Honduras and has served in mission work to countless organizations as a translator, consultant of missions, training mission teams to be prepare to serve in all Latin America, consultant for startup non-profit ministries and support. She studied at Honduras Centro Cultural Sampedrano and the Baptist University of the Americas. Norvi is the founder and Executive Director of Norvi Mayfield Ministries and is also the CEO for both Empowering Missions Ministry and Agarita Creek Ranch. Norvi is married with three children and two grandchildren and has many gifts and hobbies that she uses for the glory of God including interior decorating, sewing, embroidery, knitting, traveling, sightseeing, swimming, cooking, and hospitality.
Jana Atkinson Morga
Board Chair-Elect
Jana Atkinson Morga serves as the student minister at Woodland Church in San Antonio, Texas. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Logsdon Seminary and is a strong advocate for women in ministry, particularly in her home state of Texas. Jana has a passion for encouraging and promoting women in ministry. She strives to create an inclusive environment that supports and empowers women to achieve the full potential of God's calling for each of their lives.
Krystal Morrell
Board Member
Krystal Morrell serves as the Minister of Faith Development at First Christian Church in Kilgore, TX. She was born in Huntsville, TX and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Religion with a focus in Christian Ethics and Theology at Baylor. She went on to receive a Master of Divinity degree in Theology from Baylor’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary. Raised and educated in the Baptist world, Krystal is passionate about advocating for women in Baptist leadership and seeing everyone within the church live out their God given callings to the fullest potential.

Minda serves as the Associate Pastor of Congregational Life at First Baptist Church in Marshall.
Nataly Mora Sorenson
Board Member
Nataly Mora Sorenson is the daughter of immigrants, an Ordained Baptist Minister, and a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas. Nataly lives in Anna, TX with her husband and son; and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Gaston Christian Center in Dallas, TX, a non-profit who seeks to provide space, empower, and connect nonprofits and congregations to resources. Nataly grew up in Frisco, TX. She is an alumni of Dallas Baptist University (B.A. Christian Studies), Baylor University (Masters Social Work) & Truett Seminary (Masters of Divinity). She is the 2021 recipient of the Baptist Women in Ministry Addie Davis Award for Outstanding Leadership in Pastoral Ministry, & contributed to the book Justice Looks Like and has published articles in Baptist News Global & the Baptist Standard. Nataly is passionate about justice, congregational social work, and how congregations and ministers can be advocates for the people and communities they serve.
Linda Wilkerson
Board Chair Emeritus
Linda Wilkerson is an ordained Baptist minister and ACPE Educator. She retired in 2019 from Parkland Health & Hospital System where she served for 19 years as the Director of Pastoral Care and Education. In retirement she has continued ministry with her congregation, Bill Harrod Memorial Baptist Church in west Dallas and occasionally serves as an ACPE Educator on a contract basis with ACPE centers in Texas. Currently she is serving with the U.S. Army as an ACPE educator with Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Itzayana Aguirre

Itzayana serves as the Digital Fundraising Specialist for Cook Children's Health Foundation. She attends church at Iglesia Bautista Victoria en Cristo in Forth Worth.
